​Director and Co-Founder – Stuart Foster

Stuart has over 25 years in the ICT Recruitment industry, starting his phenomenally successful career in 1994 in London before moving to Australia in 1999.

Having worked across all ICT verticals, Stuart is highly experienced in the recruitment of both Permanent and Contract staff, with specialist knowledge in Project Services, Development, Business Intelligence, Datawarehouse and Infrastructure.

Stuart is adept at building strong long-term relationships with both client and candidates by being able to quickly adapt to any market conditions. Stuart has seen continued success and stability through tough market conditions including candidate short markets, the. Com crash and the GFC.

Stuart’s first few years in Australia saw him based in Melbourne as a Partner at Clicks before moving to Sydney to set up and run their Sydney and ACT businesses. Under his direction, the Sydney office became one of the biggest suppliers of ICT staff to the NSW State Government and Canberra, starting with no staff or contractors, quickly developed a foothold in the market and has continued to go from strength to strength.

In December 2007 Stuart joined SThree Group as Senior Business Manager. Over his 8-year tenure, he helped establish a previously unknown company as a market leader with multiple brands and sectors and successfully built-up ICT recruitment businesses across the Commercial, Banking, Mining and Oil & Gas industries.

Armed with his years of experience, Stuart established Eventus Consulting, working as Founder, Director and true business partner to clients and candidates alike. You will work directly with Stuart, as he provides his insight and knowledge of the ever-changing and competitive ICT recruitment industry.

Coaching Service for Owners, Directors, Managers and Team Leaders. Weekly or Fortnightly One to One Session’s with the Design of Clear Action Plans. We will Analyse and Evaluate key areas of your business including Marketing, Management, Sales and Time Management. There is support provided between each session by either email or the phone. Training Plan

  • To ensure success, the one-on-one business coaching process starts with an alignment session to get a clear picture on where the company is now and where you want it to be. The outcome of that drives the focus of the coaching programme.

  • The first stage of one-on-one coaching process is around mastering time to enable the Owner/Directors/Managers to have time to work strategically on the business.

  • The second stage is to review/set an outline of the business plan and set goals. The goals are explored, and I will also look at personal goals to ensure the motivation and focus is rounded.

  • One-on-one coaching sessions are weekly or fortnightly and because you are probably spending the bulk of your time working ‘IN the business’, the focus for these sessions is working ‘ON the business’.

  • Beyond that, it depends on the company and goals set at the alignment.
